Hi friends today I will tell you about some bad effects of fast foods. So first of all what do you understand from fast foods? It is simple that food which can be prepared very fastly is the fast food . It is very harmful for us. It cause many problems in our body. It can
cause memory problems. It can cause chemical changes that can lead to depression.
There is no doubt that the present generation belongs to fast
food due to various reasons. There are like lack of time for cooking
and the easily availability of fast food. Seeing a few plus points of fast food , we can say that fast food is really dangerous for human
health . The plus point is that fast food can be commercially served
in no time as it is' manufactured 'that way. Its variety is voluptuous;
burgers ๐ , pizza ๐, cereals , chips ๐, noodles ๐ and proposed food ๐ฅ. Then it is quick to serve or prepare. It is affordable and palatable also.

But if we see the other side of the picture , we find that eating this fast food , we are inviting many diseases. Fast food is hazardous for health. It causes hypertension, high blood pressure,
cardiac arrest, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity etc. It has hardly
any nutritional value. It is high in cholesterol, sugar, has sodium &
preservatives. It is low in fibre.Antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
It develops chronic degenerative disorder . So it is all the more dangerous as it displaces fresh, homely made and healthy food ,
fruits and vegetables ๐ฅ. It is , therefore, the need of the hour that
we must avoid eating the fast food. Then we will avoid risking ourselves to various fatal diseases.
