                Hi friends today I will tell you about some bad effects of fast foods. So first of all what do you understand from fast foods? It is simple that food which can be prepared very fastly is the fast food . It is very harmful for us. It cause many problems in our body. It can

cause memory problems. It can cause chemical changes that can lead to depression.
      
           There is no doubt that the present generation belongs to fast
food due to various reasons. There are like lack of time for cooking 
and the easily availability of fast food. Seeing a few plus points of fast food , we can say that fast food is really dangerous for human 
health . The plus point is that fast food can be commercially served
in no time as it is' manufactured 'that way. Its variety is voluptuous;
burgers 🍔 , pizza 🍕, cereals , chips 🍟, noodles 🍝 and proposed food 🥘. Then it is quick to serve or prepare. It is affordable and palatable also.

             But if we see the other side of the picture , we  find  that eating this fast food , we are inviting many diseases. Fast food is hazardous for health. It causes hypertension, high blood pressure, 
cardiac arrest, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity etc. It has hardly 
any nutritional value. It is high in cholesterol, sugar, has sodium &
preservatives. It is low in fibre.Antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
It  develops chronic degenerative  disorder . So it is all the more dangerous as it displaces fresh, homely made and healthy food , 
fruits and vegetables 🥒. It is , therefore, the need of the hour that 
we must avoid eating the fast food. Then we will avoid risking ourselves to various fatal diseases.

                       Hi Friends. This is the second part of the pollution.In this blog i will tell you about some Other pollutions. 

   1. Soil pollution- Soil pollution is caused by some man-materials.         Hydrocarbon and some matels are the examples.soil pollution is also known as land pollution.Soil pollution is harmful for all. All the food is obtain by soil(farming).In monsoon the water 💦 Goes in the land and water become polluted.These harmful chemicals are mainly produce by factories. Because of fertiliser also soil is polluted.

      2. Noise pollution- Noise pollution is very harmful to our brain  and our ear 👂👂 even though it creates permanent deafness. It causes some   brain 💆🏻‍♂️💆🏻related problems. Noise pollution is the unwanted sound produced by the vehicles 🚗, loud speakers 🔊horns of train 🚂 etc.

                                        Guys in this blog I want to tell about pollution. So first of all what is pollution? The adding of unwanted things in our environment is the pollution.There are many types of pollutions 

    1. Air pollution - Air can pollute by many things.It can be polluted by Non metals like Sulphur dioxide,Carbon dioxide, Nitrogen dioxide etc.Smoke release by industries and fire pollute the air.Air pollution cause Global warming and acid rain.

                    

    

      2. Water pollution - Water pollution is the presence of harmful  

Materials like Seawage water etc. The three main substance that pollutes the water are Detergent,Seawage and nitrates by fertilizers.  

                 

   3. Noise pollution

First blog

        Hey friends,my name is "Fenil shekhaliya"that you already know.well i am a student of  JNV Rajkot. I am studying in class 10 th,Now days and this is my first blog so,I don't know what to write and how to write. In this blog i want to tell you about me and relation of mobile with child.I was born in middle class family in atkot-small village of Rajkot district gujrat. And my hobbie is to play games.

                     Well i am interesting in biology. But i have habit to play video game in vaccation that much that I don't like it but.....👎🏻So, i have message for those parents who have child of below  5 years that "Keep your child away from the mobile"📴📳even though don't give him mobile after 10th.       If  you will give only he or she have to suffer from many problems. If you love your child then make strong decisions.Becouse of my habit of games i am suffer a lot. Now day their is a vaccation so i came to rajkot city for vaccation bench for tution to my uncle's home. He was a manager in SBI but now days he retired and free. He gave me so many tips for become a successful person in the world.   Every day he tell me and telling but by one heart I like their thoughts but when time comes to apply them I refused😅😅. I cannot apply it very much and this is my sadness😩😩 but I have many time to think abot it😎😎.
